2. Pull in the lining.

😼According to the following specifications, pull the lining pipe into the inside of the repaired pipe.

✤The impregnated resin hose should be smoothly and slowly pulled into the original pipe along the backing film on the bottom of the pipe, and the pulling speed should not exceed 5m/min.

👍No hose should be worn or scratched while pulling in the hose.

✱Both ends of the hose should be longer than the original pipe 300-600mm

After the hose is pulled into the original pipe, it should be placed on the bottom membrane.

𒁃Tightness of hoses should be checked before inflating, and adjusting valves should be installed at the end of hoses.

🐭Compressed air pressure should enable the hose to expand and expand and close to the inner wall of the original pipe.

UV curing should meet the following requirements:

ꦚDuring the UV curing process, the air pressure inside the liner is maintained, so that the inner liner is in close contact with the original pipeline.

♒UV speed should be controlled according to the diameter and thickness of inner liner.

﷽When the liner is cured, the pressure in the pipe should be reduced to atmospheric pressure.

After completion of the curing, remove the head, the lining of the inner lining and the end of the inner liner should be sealed and cut.     

Branch opening

After repairing the main pipe with branch pipes, the pipe cutting and grinding and repairing robot should be adopted to repair the robot according to the requirements of the pipeline Authority. The main methods for finding the location of grinding holes are:

💝Before laying the lining hose, let the robot for cutting and repairing enter the pipeline and run to the position of the branch pipe.

The push rod type small cutting and repairing robot enters the branch pipe and opens through holes from the branch pipe to the main lining.
