There are many kinds of visual inspection instruments, and industrial endoscope is one of them. Endoscopy is a detection technology which has been widely applied in recent years with the development of endoscopic manufacturing technology. Endoscopy requires the use of industrial endoscopy as a detection tool, and industrial endoscope is designed and manufactured to meet the industrial complex use environment requirements. Industrial endoscope is a NDT instrument integrating light, machinery and electricity. According to the characteristics of manufacturing process, it is divided into three kinds of products. The first category is rigid endoscope series; the second category is fiber endoscope series; the third category is electronic video endoscope products.   

The working principle is to transmit images by optical technology of optical lens, and to provide light and illumination by optical fibers. In order to transmit clear images, a rotating lens system of some optical elements is designed in the effective stainless steel insert part of the endoscope. The built-in optical fiber needs the photographic light to be transmitted directly from the independent cold light source to the working position.

With the improvement of manufacturing technology, industrial endoscope has become small and light, more and more portable, and adapted to work in complex environments such as the field. Generally speaking, industrial endoscopy is not very environmentally demanding. Only detecting strong electromagnetic interference or severe voltage fluctuations around the site will have adverse effects on the detection equipment. At the same time, the temperature and humidity of the environment should meet the requirements of the equipment, otherwise it will easily damage the industrial endoscope equipment, such as too low temperature will lead to flexible probe becoming hard and brittle, and too high temperature will affect the equipment. Heat dissipation. Too bright light will reduce the resolution of the human eye and affect the contrast of the detected image. Generally, it is not allowed to carry out the intense light such as direct sunlight, so we should try to choose a soft and quiet indoor environment.
