1. Operator requirements:

" style="box-sizing: border-box">Pipe repair airbag The operator must cooperate with the trained machine for at least 2 people to operate the machine.   

2. Safety precautions during operation:

(1) the main engine wheel must be locked before the device is activated to ensure that the main engine is not pulled.   

(2) make sure that the equipment is in a power off state before connecting or removing all parts of the cable connector.   

(3) make sure that the speed knob is at a low speed before starting the take-up.   

(4) when inflating, press the inflatable key. Release the inflation key for 5 seconds, and then read the screen air pressure value, which is the effective data of the air pressure. The pressure value is less than the threshold and continue to inflate until the pressure reaches the threshold. No more than 1 minutes for a single inflation time. The operating parameters of each airbag are shown in the table below.   

(5) the cable wear must be checked after use, cable line insertion and cable coil inner ring winding. If cable damage is found, it needs to be replaced in time.   

💛(6) avoid mud entering the control box. If necessary, clean up in time.
