1. Rough surface and color effects.
When measuring rough surface (such as plaster wall), the center of a bright area is aligned.
2. Surface transparency.
In order to avoid errors in measurement, do not measure the surface of transparent objects, such as colorless liquids (such as water) or glass (dust-free). For unfamiliar materials or liquids, test can be done first. When there are several objects in the target or light path through the glass, there will be errors in the measurement.
3. Moist, smooth or glossy surface.
When the aiming angle is very small, the laser will be reflected off. The signal received by the sensor will be too weak or the target distance reflected by the reflected laser can be detected.
