Detailed introduction:

UV curing technology background:

UV curing is a new Trenchless Pipeline Repair Technology. It is one of the main solutions to the mainstream of drainage pipe full lining repair. The technology is characterized by fast repair speed, high repair quality and stable reliability.   

UV curing technology is to prepare fiberglass fibers into impregnated photocurable resin, then pull it into the original pipe, inflate, expand and close to the original pipe, use the original pipe as the external mold, and the inner membrane of the hose as the inner mold, then use the ultraviolet light to solidify the resin to form a pipe repairing and reinforcing method with a certain intensity of inner liner.   

UV curing repair material: glass fiber reinforced lining hose is imported from Germany. The photosensitizer is made of polyester, fiberglass cloth and several other kinds of resins which contain photosensitizers. Under UV irradiation, the polymerization is initiated by photosensitizers, thus curing the whole material and repairing the pipes.  

Construction case:

This is a diameter of 800mm dragging over the river pipe rainwater pipe, the difference between the two ends is about 7 meters, is in the main road of the city, the daytime vehicle flow is large, the construction personnel find out the pipeline situation, in the light solidification construction process, we must clean the pipeline, the water pipe in the pipe is blown by the drum fan, do the preparatory work, and then proceed the light curing construction.   

Plastic film is laid in the pipeline, so that light curing materials can better enter the pipeline.   

Pull the material into the pipe.   

Put the ends on the head to ensure that the pressure inside is convenient.  

Inflatable pressurization.  

Connect the photocurable lamp holder to prepare before curing.  

Insert t♕he lamp holder into the lining material of the pipe, connect the lamp line, and then pr🌠ess the gas for two times.  

Conduct real-time mo⛎nitoring and observe pipeline situation.

This light curing construction is carried out by our Shanghai road rain resistance (providing equipment and materials), combined with Shanghai Jing Peng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (construction side). In this construction, it is a 400 meter cross river dragging pipe, with a drop of 7 meters or so. It is difficult to project, but our two sides cooperate to overcome this difficult mountain top, which has accumulated valuable experience for both of us. We will be more excellent in the process of light solidification construction, and do something for the city's construction.
